STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE
I will advice that you start by reading through the website if you’re a beginner or first time owner.
1 – On the main Menu, Click on SHOP to see available sugar gliders so you can pick which you want.
2 – After you pick a glider(s), Click on CONTACT in the main menu and you will be directed to the contact Page , were you will be indicated which information is required to be submitted.
3 – Once we receive your inquiry, I will contact you as soon as I can, along More details about the glider chosen , possibly more pictures of the glider as well.
4 – Once you get back with a reply to my email alongside agree to terms , Pick a payment option by clicking on EASY PAYMENT , Make payment and email me with Confirmation Receipts or Pictures“.
5 – Provide your full shipping/ Delivery information, then you will choose a visiting day or comfortable shipping day. Checkout Shipping page for more on transportation.
6 – As soon as everything is in order and flight is booked, I shall provide you the full flight itinerary details containing – Flight tracking number, date and time of departure and arrival as well, also info you will require to pickup your glider upon arrival
7 – Within 5 hours of takeoff, I will place a follow-up call to confirm that your pet arrived safely and that you have taken possession of your sugar glider.

My family and I take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when you take home a glider from us. As a conscientious breeder,experienced sugar glider counselors, and die-hard lovers, we’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our babies. However, certain things are never in our control. A glider’s health is dependent on a lot of factors as mentioned in the FAQ’s section. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help. While we may not be able to guarantee that your sugar glider will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!
